Tandem Coaching (Two on One Personal Training)
Customized Training Programs for You and a Friend
Tandem training is where you and a teammate, partner or a buddy can receive two on one coaching with one of our trainers. Similar to One on One coaching, our goal is to educate, empower and provide a system of accountability and structure for those who are looking to improve performance through their movement, health, strength and conditioning. Many people find this to be an effective way of getting back to their optimal health alongside someone with similar goals and someone they can trust.
