Accelerate Performance is a hardcore sweat fest and designed to challenge and develop athletic performance components in each and every class. Classes blend together dynamic mobility work, speed, agility, strength, power, and always a focused dose of metabolic conditioning. You will learn and work on fundamental compound lifts such as the squat, deadlift, and bench press. You will also experience metabolic conditioning in many different and creative ways. This class will undoubtedly make you work hard, sweat, and train like an athlete.
Vintage Performance (55+)
Our Vintage Performance class is designed to focus on proper movements, activations, strength, balance, and coordination to assist with day to day living activities of our older generations. This is a good tempo class that will include education on how to improve mechanics of your body, how to reduce and rehabilitate injury, and how to make your body more efficient overall.
Our Strong Saturday class is a combination of strong kids, teens, women & men! Don’t let the name scare you, strong man style group training can be for everyone! This one hour class uses a variety of strong man equipment – tires, sleds, logs, and hammers for example. This is where you will put these pieces of equipment to good use! These strong man type circuits are an intense and full body workout, not to mention a total blast. So grab your friends and be prepared to not only impress them, but yourself with what you are capable of. Come and try something new!
SISU is a Finnish Concept and cultural construct that is described through a combination of various English terms including stoic determination, grit, bravery, resilience, hardiness and is held by Finns themselves to express their national character. It is generally considered to not have a literal equivalent in English. Our SISU class is about building those fundamentals to allow you to become not only physically more capable, but mentally stronger to accomplish any set goals. These workouts are continuously guided and supervised by our SISU instructor Tala Humen.
Youth Athletic Performance
Our youth performance classes are designed to develop athletes. These classes will undoubtedly contribute to a balanced, athletically “talented”, injury-free youth athlete. Your young athlete joining this class will experience a structured means of exercising with appropriate resistance that progresses as the musculoskeletal system becomes stronger. Under the knowledgeable guidance of our coaches, youth athletes can safely use free weights, elastic bands, medicine balls, or body weight alone, all within their strength training program.
Advanced Youth Performance Class
Built off of our team training and youth performance classes, Propel is offering our Advanced Youth Performance Class. This class will continue to build on all the components of physical performance development. This class is for the Advanced Youth Athlete that has trained in a gym setting and has received professional strength training. The program will suit young athletes who are currently in season or multi sport / school athletes preparing for their season to start. Advanced programming will develop movement skill, speed, agility, strength, and conditioning for complete athlete development. This class is also on our drop-in schedule to provide athletes the flexibility around their sport/school schedule, and can be accessed by any membership. What are you doing to be better everyday?
