Performance Threshold

This 1 hour class will focus on fundamentals of training and proper activation. The 60 minute class will cover functional principles of strength and conditioning and prepare you for daily activities, athletic events and support healthy lifestyle. Small class sizes allow you to learn detailed training techniques safely and effectively, regardless of fitness level of experience.

Accelerate Performance

Our newest class, Accelerate Performance is a hard core sweat and designed to challenge and develop athletic performance components in every class.

Classes will blend together dynamic mobility work, speed and agility, strength, power and always a focused dose of metabolic conditioning within each class. This class will make you work hard, sweat, and train like an athlete.

Performance HIIT

Total body conditioning is a 1 hour class will have you feeling energized and upbeat! It is a total body workout that consists of a combination of strength, mobility, and high intensity cardio – the fundamentals of proper training and activation are also covered. This fun and challenging class will be sure to brighten your Tuesday & Thursday mornings. Keeping you charged and prepared for whatever your day brings!

Threshold Vintage (55+)

This Vintage class will focus on proper movements and activation, strength, balance and coordination to assist with day to day living and activities.  This will be a good tempo class that will include a lot of teaching to improve mechanics of the body, reducing injury and making you more efficient.

Strong Saturdays

Don’t let the name scare you, strong man style group training is for everyone. This one hour class uses a variety of weighted equipment, so that anyone can train with them. Strong Circuit is an intense and full body workout…And a total blast! So grab your friends and be prepared to not only impress them, but yourself with what you are capable of. Come and try something new!

SISU Sundays

SISU is a Finnish Concept and cultural construct that is described through a combination of various English terms including stoic determination, grit, bravery, resilience, hardiness and is held by Finns themselves to express their national character.  It is generally considered to not have a literal equivalent in English.

The SISU workout is about building those fundamentals to allow you to become not only physically more capable but mentally stronger to accomplish any set goals.  These workouts are designed to build you and will be continuously guided and supervised.

Youth Athletic Performance

Our youth conditioning programs are designed to develop athletes, and in doing so will build a balanced, athletically “talented” injury free athlete. This class is a planned and structured means of exercising with appropriate resistance that progresses as the musculoskeletal system becomes stronger. Under knowledgeable guidance kids can safely use free weights, elastic bands, medicine balls, or body weight alone, all within their strength training program.

Understanding the kid’s busy spring and summer schedules we are offering a punch pass option allowing families to more easily fit this class into their schedule any days between Mondays and Thursdays, running May through August form 6:00pm to 7:00pm

Home School PE with Propel

Movement is important for all ages. Developing proper movement patterns in young athletes directly affects their ability for sport skill acquisition as well as injury prevention. Having a healthy relationship with movement and their growing bodies will follow kids through their lifetime. Do you home school your kids? Do you know someone who is home schooled? Sometimes getting the proper “gym” time in when at home can be a challenge. Propel is here to make physical education and physical literacy easy for you to access at an affordable price!
