Accelerate Performance

Our newest class, Accelerate Performance is a hard core sweat and designed to challenge and develop athletic performance components in every class.

Classes will blend together dynamic mobility work, speed and agility, strength, power and always a focused dose of metabolic conditioning within each class. This class will make you work hard, sweat, and train like an athlete.

Vintage Performance (55+)

This Vintage class will focus on proper movements and activation, strength, balance and coordination to assist with day to day living and activities.  This will be a good tempo class that will include a lot of teaching to improve mechanics of the body, reducing injury and making you more efficient.

Strong Saturdays

Don’t let the name scare you, strong man style group training is for everyone. This one hour class uses a variety of weighted equipment, so that anyone can train with them. Strong Circuit is an intense and full body workout…And a total blast! So grab your friends and be prepared to not only impress them, but yourself with what you are capable of. Come and try something new!

SISU Sundays

SISU is a Finnish Concept and cultural construct that is described through a combination of various English terms including stoic determination, grit, bravery, resilience, hardiness and is held by Finns themselves to express their national character.  It is generally considered to not have a literal equivalent in English.

The SISU workout is about building those fundamentals to allow you to become not only physically more capable but mentally stronger to accomplish any set goals.  These workouts are designed to build you and will be continuously guided and supervised.

Youth Athletic Performance

Our youth conditioning programs are designed to develop athletes, and in doing so will build a balanced, athletically “talented” injury free athlete. This class is a planned and structured means of exercising with appropriate resistance that progresses as the musculoskeletal system becomes stronger. Under knowledgeable guidance kids can safely use free weights, elastic bands, medicine balls, or body weight alone, all within their strength training program.

Understanding the kid’s busy spring and summer schedules we are offering a punch pass option allowing families to more easily fit this class into their schedule any days between Mondays and Thursdays, running May through August form 6:00pm to 7:00pm

Advanced Youth Performance Class

Building off our team training and youth performance classes, Propel is offering the Advanced Youth Performance Class. This class will continue to build on all the components of physical performance development. This class is for the Advanced Youth Athlete that has had trained in a gym setting and has received professional strength training. The program will suit young athletes who are currently in season or multi sport / school athletes preparing for their season to start. Advanced programming will develop movement skill, speed, agility, strength and conditioning for complete athlete development. Advanced Youth Performance Class is on our drop-in schedule to provide athletes the flexibility around their sport and school schedule, and can be accessed by any membership.
