Performance Services

Our performance coaches focus on building and reinforcing efficient movement patterns to improve your sport-specific demands. This is through the development of a structured and individually tailored strength and conditioning program. After your initial consultation, your coach will assess your current movement abilities and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess your performance specific to your sport. KPIs ensure you are performing as well as you are able and allow feedback if any program modification is necessary for your progression and improved performance.
