Propel Performance Institute is a recovery and training centre for individuals and teams that is dedicated to excellence in movement. Whether you are looking for functional assessment, exercise prescription or training, our team’s high focus on technical performance integrates movement with strength and conditioning for the long-term health of the body.

Monday to Friday: 5:45am - 7:00pm

Saturday : 8:30am - 10:15am
